Rental Stipulations

A refundable security deposit of $200 is due within 10 days of reservation by check. This is over and above the amount of rent. Rent is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be paid by a cashier’s check or credit card.

If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be forfeited. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days from check-in, half your rent will be forfeited unless it is re-rented.
